President
Dave Steward is the owner of Steward & Associates which he founded in 1990 as Customer Opinion Research and located in Morris County, New Jersey. The company offers full-service national and international marketing research and consulting capabilities, specializing in customer value analysis and research as well as business process improvement. Dave has been involved in market research for the past 33 years, with 24 years specifically devoted to customer satisfaction/value, and has provided research consulting expertise in the planning and administration of hundreds of projects for major telecommunication companies, banks, high technology firms, luxury automobiles, utilities, medical organizations, and manufacturing concerns.
Prior to forming his own company, Davis was the Market Research Manager for AT&T's International Communications Services' Business Unit. Additionally, he has served as principal researcher and project manager for AT&T's Network Services Division's Customer Satisfaction Process, as well as a Senior Researcher for AT&T's nationally recognized TELSAM (Customer Satisfaction) organization. Prior to AT&T, Davis was the Market Research Manager for GTE of the Southwest.
Over his marketing research career, Davis has developed expertise in a full range of research methodologies. Davis moderates focus groups, conducts one-on-one interviews, designs and administers surveys which employ a number of different research designs and methodologies, and helps organizations re-design their internal processes to more accurately deliver what the customer desires. Davis is well versed in the quality principles, and has designed customer satisfaction and process improvement processes around the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria and ISO standards.
Davis holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Texas at Arlington.

He earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Science in Solid State Physics from Stevens Institute of Technology. Rob has worked as an engineer in the telecommunications and the defense industry. Rob also holds a current DoD Security Clearance. His skills and experiences include:
