People Value Analysis

S&A has done groundbreaking work in an area of quantitative research -- People Valued Analysis (PVA).

S&A demonstrated that the principles of Customer Value Analysis research (CVA) can also be applied to a company’s employees, with significant implications for the business.  S&A’s People Valued Analysis model identifies those attributes that make individuals feel valued by their employer.  It has lead to a survey instrument that helps identify an employee’s intentions to remain with a company and quantifies the impact of an employee’s perceptions of feeling valued on productivity. As a result, several indices have been constructed:

• The People Motivation Index is a function of the employee rating being treated as a valued employee, as correlated with the employee performing to their best.

• The People Retention Index is a function of the employee rating on being treated as a valued employee, as correlated with the likelihood they would stay with the company.
