Quantitative Research

Quantitative research, in contrast to qualitative research, is objective and can be used as a diagnostic tool, allowing a company to gain an accurate understanding of a market.   Companies can use quantitative research to identify potential markets, find specific areas for improvement in service delivery, and develop specific strategies.   Also, quantitative research allows you to compare the relative performance of a specific product or service with your competitors.

Steward & Associates has carried out hundreds of quantitative research projects for a wide variety of companies.  We offer several methods to meet your quantitative research needs, including, but not limited to:

  • Telephone Interviews
  • VRU (Voice Response Unit) Surveys
  • Mail Surveys
  • Fax Surveys
  • Optically Scanned Surveys
  • Web-Based Surveys
  • Research Panels

In addition, we also offer CoupinionsSM, which provide retailers a way to give a coupon incentive to respondents for completing a survey; Mystery Shopping, deploying an interviewer to a specific location to observe firsthand variables such as parking, street condition, service and product offerings; Voice Response Unit (VRU) surveys and online surveys, in which the customer has control of when they complete the survey.
