Our statistical methods focus on obtaining meaningful connections between customer satisfaction, underlying (actionable) drivers (sub-attributes), purchase/retention behavior, revenue and market share. The technique utilizes the variation in customer satisfaction levels across individual customer responses in order to develop explicit statistical models that capture relationships between sub-attributes of customer satisfaction (drivers), value and loyalty.
At each layer of the model, multivariate analysis is performed to establish the linkage between the model’s components. The impact weights, or key drivers, are used to assist companies in formulating an improvement strategy for those attributes and sub-attributes that need improving.
CORSIM Statistical Simulator
CORSIMTM is a unique tool that allows clients of Steward & Associates the ability to extend and enhance the modeling of their particular study. CORSIMTM gives the licensed user the ability to play "What If's" with their data by setting "mean score" objectives on selected, or all, Attributes and Sub-Attributes in order to see what the estimated change in overall Value may be. This gives the user an appreciation for what may be necessary, and from what part of their organization it may be necessary, in order to move perceived value from one score to another score.
Adoption Rate
The Adoption Rate is designed to analyze the respondents’ preference on various options of receiving and paying for products and services. The analysis is used to generate utilities, which are then used as input to customer choice and take rate estimates.
